1. Physical Exams are available for specific purposes such as:- Missionary Physicals
- Scout physicals
- School physicals
- Well-child exams (children ages 0-18 years old)
- Sports physicals
- Immigration physicals
Utah Cancer Control and the Bewise programs offer breast exams and pap smears for women 40-74 years old for free or low cost.
You may qualify by family size and income.
If you qualify you may receive a yearly checkup including these services:
- Clinical breast exam
- Pap smear
- Voucher for FREE mammogram
- Blood pressure test
- Cholesterol test
- Sugar/glucose test
- Individual lifestyle coaching
- Treatment referral
3. Family Planning
We offer a wide variety of low cost birth control and women's services:
- Pregnancy tests
- Birth control physical exams
- Pap smears
- Pills
- Depo-provera injection
- NuvaRing
4. Immigration Physicals
Physicals for residency, naturalization, and change of legal status are also offered.

- Lipid panel (cholesterol) and comprehensive panel
- Complete blood count
- Urinalysis
- ABO/RH blood typing
- Hemoglobin
- Lead test
- PSA (prostate test)
- Hepatitis B, Varicella and MMR antibody titers
- Thyroid hormone
- Menopause hormone
- Iron in blood
- Prostate test
* These labs are walk-ins.
5. Fluoride Rx
Prescriptions for supplemental fluoride are available for children 6 months-15 years old.

6. STI Clinic
The sexually transmitted infection clinic offers confidential testing, counseling and education for syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, HIV, herpes and warts. Some treatments available.
